Refund Policy

1. No Refunds
All subscription fees paid to GetGamma are non-refundable. By subscribing to the Service, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Service, failure to use the Service, or accidental purchases.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After the billing period ends, your access to premium features will terminate, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
3. No Partial Refunds or Credits
No partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, or account credits will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period, but no portion of the subscription fee will be refunded.
4. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@getgamma.xyz within 30 days of the charge. We will review your claim and, if appropriate, correct any billing errors.
